Finally saw this flick on DVD today...wow, what a lousy movie. Some of the worst acting I've seen.

I agree. Terrible movie. The only thing that keeps me from saying it was a total waste of money was the naked scene at the start of the movie. She looked pretty sweet there. Other than that, terrible.

Yea, everybody loves the nude scene. I grew up in the days of Porky's when most movies had nude scenes. I'm surprised at the direction that Hollywood has taken where nude scenes in a movie are few and far between. As usual hollywood has gone in the opposite direction of the rest of society on this one. I blame the invention of PG-13. Used to be movie producers tried very hard to avoid an X rating, now with PG-13 they try very hard to avoid an R rating.
Personally I think there is a good market for producing movies that are for adults instead of teens, nudity or not.
That being said, nudity is so prevalent in society now it's lost it's alure. Heck even prime time TV has nudity now. If a nude scene makes sense in a movie, then put it in. However, when you throw in a nude scene just to draw some people in to a bad movie, you're wasing my time.

I agree
But the nude scene was still the highlight of the movie for me.
If you havent seen the movie yet, and plan to, do not read any further.
The major problerms I had with it was:
1) If you surface, and your boat isnt there, but two others are, I am going to swim to one of them.
2) If you are going to dive in the ocean, you really should have some kind of signaling device. Dont plan on just using the reflection off your mask.
3) This is probably the biggest one for me. I can not think of a single dive operation that would wait until the next day to clean up all the gear from the previous days dives. Every boat I have ever been on, they are starting the cleaning procedures before we even get back to land.

Ok I agree with 2 and 3, but the scene where they come up and see the boats, they look more like ships to me. You can see a cruise ship from miles away...I don't think I'd try to swim for a moving target that is miles away....

Clearly so. You dug deep to find this 3-year-old discussion of a bad movie just to chime in in favor of nudity!
