That last thread gave me an idea here.

What are your favorite movie lines, or classic quotes from the silver screen?

"It's not a tumor"

... must be said with a heavy Germanic accent...

Boy, I could go on and on....

:D

I don't recognize the "cow" line - oh wait, is that from "Twister"?

...before I say much more, I should tell you that I owned a video store for 10 years (as way of explanation for the many, many movie lines I have in my repertorie...)

You'd do it for Randolph Scott.

"We don't need no steenking badges!"

This is my all-time favorite. Originally from Treasure of the Sierra Madre, but has been quoted in many others more recent.

Also like, "We're on a mission from God," from The Blues Brothers.

And too many Monty Python lines to get started on. OK, "Spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, baked beans, and spam".

I didn't have time to read thru all the previous posts, so if this has been posted already, I apologize

For a western...
"Ned Pepper, I aim to kill you."
"I call that pretty bold talk for a one-eyed fat man"
"Fill your hands, you sonovabitch!"

For drama/comedy
"All I'm saying is, walk like a man..."

and

"Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor??"
"Germans?"
"Forget it, he's on a roll..."
