Got my first set of gear

yesterday I went to a OMS dealer about 2 hours away and bought

OMS back plate with 1 pice harness

He didnt have a oms wing but he had a diverite Venture wing.

ATX 50 reg with & foot hose

AquaLung legend Octo

Aqualung Quartz 3 lens with snorkel

I got a 3 pice( i can take it apart to simple fiy it)

Suunto Gekko PDC, Suunto psi SM-36 0-5000psi, Suunto Compass.

whats nice is they can be used in a ristmount if i want to.

if needed i can take pics.

Sounds like you are all set.

I had a bad experience with OMS, so I personally dont buy from them. But they are without a doubt a good brand to have.

i have best of both worlds oms&diverite. i like oms bp because the edges are filed down to keep from getting my wet site cut.

what size tanks do you dive?

Everything I have is from Custom Divers, both BD and wings.

when i start double im going with the oms doubles wing. with double bladers

i was wondering if anyone had a thigh mounted oms pocket?

i was going to attach it to my thigh using a 2" strap w/qiuck connects.

I got a Venture wing and really like it. I think you'll be happy.

so far im very happy with it. its very esay to dump the air from the pull dump. and it seems very ruggid.
