Anyone interested in N'Pursuit 9/24-25?

I've spoken with Capt. Mike, and he's open the afternoon of Saturday, 9/25, and the morning of 9/26. Anyone interested? His web site is:

I suppose we're looking at his package #2, which means you drive up Saturday morning, boat leaves at 1:00, stay overnight at Trumps (bad behavior optional), and dive again Sunday morning. Two tanks per boat ride, Mike gets refills. Includes buffet breakfast at Trumps.

You can PM Atlaua, Mverick, or myself for our impressions of N'Pursuit. Boat takes 6 divers, might go with less, I don't know.

Sorry Ken, I can't come out & play. I beat around the proverbial bush a bit w/Kurt about the N'Pursuit trip but he's being very negative. I think I'll have to bow out this time.

We're planning a trip to Lake Wazee in early September - I think it's going to be the 2nd weekend - any chance you could make that? It's cheap... :)

Actually no, hubby & I both got stuck working - no Lake Wazee for us that weekend. :(

aawww! I would have loved to go out on the boat... Unfortunately I am doing a clean up dive up in mchenry county.. followed by a diveheart (www.diveheart.org) fundraiser. A corn boil @ Brandon quarry in joliet. should be fun if anyone want to attend. Keep me in mind for future dives though... :rolleyes:

I got an email from the captain not a half-hour ago. There are 3 spots left for the afternoon of the 24th. and one for the morning of the 25th.

You should be OK in a 7mm: the wrecks are shallow, no more than around 40', and the boat has a hot water hose on deck.

I am not comfortable yet in my dry suit with my doubles. All I have after the dry suit is a 5 mil.

Latest from Capt. Mike: the 24th is full as is the morning of the 25th. He's looking to get something togeather for the afternoon of the 25th. and the afternoons of Oct. 1-2.
