I know my Dry Suit undergarments are too warm for this time of year, so I used a pair of sweat pants and a long sleeved shirt with a t-shirt on under it. I got a bit chilled on longer dives, but it was bearable. The dry suit itself worked out great for me. I think I have the seals trimmed just right now. I guess I need to trim my back up seals now too, incase I need to swap them out. I had better luuck then my cousin who tore his wrist seal, and also had his inflator hose stick open a little bit. The dry suit is great for cold water diving, its just a bit too warm right now for gearing up. Now that summer is here, I am looking forward to diving Table Rock and Mermet in November and December.

Try Mermet now at 85 or deeper.. You'll really like that drysuit...:2135:

I've done hour long dives at Mermet diving wet, below 80 feet. I am looking forward to doing it in the winter time so the surface interval will be more bearable.

All I can say is Brrr..... I'd be freezing... I've dove under ice in a Henderson 7mm farmerjohn and 7mm gloves. With a Henderson hood.. All great fitting gold core .......

I ordered the drysuit the next week.

Way to cold to me. I can do it. I'm just not happy about it. Drysuit keeps me much warmer. It's a pain getting dressed in it. But, once I'm under. I'm much happier. In the drysuit I have better range of motion then in the 7mm farmer john also.

Man, you can stand some cold water.... I give ya credit. I can't....
