In the past the sunken Material Service Barge, near Calument Harbor, was marked with a buoy but it is not marked presently.

Who usually marks it? Will it be marked this summer?

Don't know if it will be marked. I dove it a couple of weeks ago and the captain got us on it with his GPS, no problem.
