View Full Version : I picked up my dry suit today

I tried on the bottoms, and wow, this thing is warm. I was going to dive it this weekend to try it out, but I dont think the water in Rolla will be cool enough to cool me off. So I might have to dive it with something less underneath, say maybe a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt or something.

Bill, looks like I may be at Mermet next weekend too. I'll keep you posted.

Great (was going to say "Cool") but doesn't apply here :). I am nagging Terry to go to the PNW and I will need on there.

Just hang out in the well a little bit. I was really surprised when I did the N'Pursuit trip. I was hotter than a fur coat in the Mafia when I first put it on, but after the first dive I didn't even bother to unzip it...

I wasnt able to dive it this weekend. I did put it on in the room, and everything seems to fit right. I was nervous as h*ll trimming them seals. I guess I will find out next weekend if I did it right.

I dove Rolla in my 3 mil all weekend, and was actually sweating underwater if I was in the surface to 17 foot range. I am going to have a friend bring his undergarments that I borrowed when I did my dry suit class, and use them at first and see how it goes. Once the sun goes down, and we do a night dive, I will try my own undies.

Well since I'm guitly of drysuit underwear borrowing, I have to admit, no. None that I can think of...

you can borrow panties but you dont really have the need to return them lol lol lol
