Dude! There are LOTS of good lakes in Arkansas. I might have to come down there and do some dives with you.

Anytime....agreed we have quite a few dive spots....the small group I'm with even have our spot for practice stuff...private property, etc...I haven't been there yet but the other fellas say its crystal clear...we're doing a weekend camp out at Heber Springs the weekend of the 24th...no pagers or cell phones...(we're all on call 24/7)

Hello from Arkansas....Heber has alot of good diving and spear fishing , I really enjoy it and what makes it even better its 30 miles from home. Another good lake in Arkansas is North Fork at Jordans Landing, they really cater to divers. They have mapped out dive sites. Good Diving!!!!!!

I'll be doing my Nitrox 'check out' dives at Heber this coming weekend...and my daughter has her OW dives also.....family, camp ground, diving.....priceless...

...looks like I'll be diving today...just got a call to go into the Arkansas River to scrape muscles off part of an air conditioning unit that sits on a 40' x 40' platform on the bottom in about 15' of water...last time we cleaned this thing we had about 3' of vis but it rained yesterday...should take about 3-4 hiurs to do the job...yee haw looks like I'll be buying some more gear tomorrow!!!!

...fruitful day yesterday, after 'paying homage' to the Minister of Finance, (Frau Sky Shark)...I had enough left over to buy a new tank and have it "Nitroxed"...yippee!!!!

Hello Arkansas, I am from central Arkansas and enjoy diving in our lakes. My wife and I are going to Lake Norfork in a couple of weeks. We've only dove there once so we are looking forward to all the new dive sites.

We are also going to Norfork next week for four days. Looking forward to getting away.We will be there the 11th thru the 14th so if you see a big old party barge with dive flags painted on the sides say hi.....
