Has anyone been to sunset lake in Linton IN, I was thinking of going there over the 4th of July Weekend. Is anyone interested in Joining me? I was also thinkin bout hitting Ceruelean again. Anyone intersted?

Heard good report on Sunset Lake from one of my Indiana dive buddies from the past. If you go, let us know how it is.

I can say from personal experience that I wouldn't waste my time. I did my first two OW cert dives there and returned two weekends ago with a buddy, he had to go see. He thought it was pretty good for pea soup.

Most of it is 20' deep, give or take, with a 40' max. Once you find the 40' that is all you are going to find since it VERY dark. You might think about a HID light. Viz is usually low 5'to10'. Not much to see unless you are going for the fish. They have a bus, couple of boats, two platforms, angle statue and a couple of other items.
