Truk Lagoon

Greetings from the Federated States of Micronesia! Truk Lagoon did not disappoint the Divers from Midwest Scuba and Y-kiki Divers. We spent 6 days on the live aboard "Odyssey" (www.trukodyssey.com (http://www.trukodyssey.com)). The diving was awesome. The staff was great. Wrecks were in various depths to include divers from all experience and comfort levels. More clams and soft coral than you can shake a stick at. Sharks on most dives. Visibility 40 -70 feet. That sounds fantastic. 84 degree water. The only time I've experienced that is in the bathtub.

I had 83 deg last week in Akumal. I'm thinking it must be a little warmer than on the Cozumel side of the channel. That's probably why the reef's aren't as colorfull.
