My apologies for the outage this evening, but you can lay blame on Charter Business Services...

They don't garantee uptime, unfortunatliy, and I'm not ready to shell out $$$$ for a T1...

Ahh well, we had a good month run....

Tell me about it. My employeer just switched from CBS to a T1 for similar reasons and things have been sailing there...

At least it is available in your area. I tried to get a couple BRI's set up for video conferencing where I work only to find out that ISDN isn't available in my area! Go figure.....live in the sticks along with the Flintstones.
