Just got through talking to the course director. I have been planning on taking the AI this summer, but I'm seriously considering doing the full IDC. There are a couple of big advantages right now. The CD is basicly crossing over an entire shop right now, so he's doing a big class. How is this an advantage? 1. He's discounting the rate because of it and 2. he'll be able to get a local IE.

I haven't comitted yet, but I'm going to show up for the first skills session and make up my mind from there. So anyone have an extra $2k laying around for the pay for James' instructor class fund? :)

Take out a loan. You'll easily make it back on the first 500 OW classes you teach. LOL!

Well, I've made my descision and I will not be doing it. Decided that buying a drysuit would be a much better use of the money...
