Just wanted to drop a note to everyone and introduce myself.
I think I've interacted with at least a few of you from Scubaboard, but for those that don't know me, a little about myself....
I started diving 10 years ago in Milwaukee with NASDS and HiLo Scuba. I've since been seduced by the dark side. Truth be told I have spent more money on certifications than I should have, but I don't consider myself a card collector, simply a seeker of wisdom and truth ;)
I am primarily a recreational diver although I do enjoy solo diving but don't get the opportunities that I once did. I used to have aspirations of becoming a tech diver but since discovered other things to spend my money on :D My favorite dives are those that seem to last forever so I really enjoy the lazy shallow reef dives. I also enjoy honing my underwater navigation skills and night diving.
I am currently a PADI and SDI Divemaster on staff at Midwest Scuba (http://www.midwestscuba.net) in St. Charles, MO where I run the Explore Midwest Diving (http://www.midwestscuba.net/diving.asp) program and help out with the occassional class. I am also a Mares/Dacor certified regulator technician, but haven't worked on one in about 12 months.
I'm looking forward to interesting discussions with everyone!
