TRL Conditions

I was just curious what the conditions were like at TRL right now. How bout it SLIM any good word. I am thinkging about trying to make a trip down there in Feb for a weekend...

Last weekend a couple of buddies and myself dove Dewey Short on Friday, and the viz was 10-12 ft and mid 40's down to about 80 feet.

Saturday we dove the Zeb Pike and Jakes Point Island and viz seemed slightly better, up to 15 ft, temps the same.

15 on the Zeb is not to shabby....

Not bad there, but this time of year should have 30 feet on the Zeb. I have been to busy with gear mantiance and servicing others gear to get any time to play in the water. Leaving in a few days for a week in Coz and then when I get back will be hollering to get some dives in RBD.

30ft is more what I was hoping for... Diving there in Jan and Feb has usually had Great vis, but I have heard from several people that the vis has been down this winter...

Have fun in Coz.... Ocean diving or Cenotes?

No the vis has sucked this winter, best is normally March when the water is still cold and the air is warmming up.
