I thought I remembered reading in here that some of you like the steel 50's for deco tanks. There are not mine but I just happened to see them on craigslist and thought I would pass it along to anyone who may have interest...

I like the 45 cft tanks. Since there are no pics it is hard to say if they are steels or not. Most 50cfts in the old days were alm and of a very strange size and would not work as deco tanks. If they are steel, it is kind of the same. It would depend on who makes them and how old they truly are and the demisions if they would work.

Ah, I see... I just ASSumed that they were steels. I had never heard of al50's. It must have been steel 45's that I had seen mentioned in here then...

Our club has a couple AL-50 tanks. They work okay for kids when they are taking their OW class. Other than that, nobody uses them.
