Just thought I would let you all know that I am gonna be at Oronogo this weekend for some dives. Looks like most will be solo as other people have things going on and can't make it. Weather is not looking to be perfect, but should be fun anyway. :)

I'm working an OW class this weekend. I think a lot of people will be at Table Rock though, for DUI Dog Days.

One of these days, I will get out there. I will be cleared to dive as of June so maybe after that.

Wish I could, but I have to work Saturday and my Sunday's been booked since last year with a morel mushroom festival. Might get a dive in at a local puddle Sunday evening, if there's not a thunderstorm happening.

Have fun and dive safe!

A Morel Mushroom festival - that sounds yummy! 1000% better than a Lutfisk festival. :D

LMAO!! Would have to agree!

Yes, I knew that a lot of people would be going to the Dog days. Maybe I can have the place to myself. Lol.

Man, I was almost nodding off into oblivion 'til you woke me up with the poppy comment!

Hopefully I'll find lots and lots of morels - can't wait to chow down on those. Unlike lutefisk. Blech!

Dives today were great! Did two dives, both to the Cabin Cruiser and getting used to new gear. Vis was low, but there were two BIG ow classes so that is to be expected. Both dives were about 25 minute run times, depths were 99 and 100'. Vis was about 10' on the first dive, and 5-7 on the second. Both dives were really nice, and the gear feels much more comfortable. The switch to steels was a good (and educational) switch. :)

Glad you had a good dive day! The vis sounds about like it was when we were there with no OW students.
