weather doesn't look very friendly for tomorrow. Plus, the Blues are on tomorrow night, and might be able to clinch a playoff spot. I'll have to pass this time around.

Ahh, mind diving, I've done that quite a lot! There are some dives that I've made dozens of times before I actually got the chance to do the dive! It is a terrible way to try to get to sleep, though, as I get very alert and focused when I mind dive.

I didn't look at the weather before I posted this. If it's as bad tomorrow as it was today, I'll probably postpone it. Also if there's lightning, I'll be passing as well. I'll let you know tomorrow, Phil.

I am going out early to help Dave finish up the new training platform, so pretty much as long is it not a thunderstorm I am going to head out there and at least see if it clears up at all...

Hopefully I will see you later this afternoon...

Yeah I wouldn't think it would be a good sleep aid. Usually I am thinking about practicing my skills so it would make me more awake too.

Should have come out Tom. The weather actually turned out to be not to bad. It was a little raining up until about 3pm (just a drizzle), then after that it stopped. There was 3 of us out there in the afternoon and did a couple of dives. Jefm was thinking that he may come out that evening after work, but after our last dive it was getting kind of late so I did not think that he was coming out so I packed up all my gear. The other two guys were heading out anyway. When we got up to the trailer Dave said that someone called and was on their way out, so I figured that it was Jefm. After a few min in walks Jeff so him and I went back down to the Quarry for a night dive. We had a good time on the night dive. The water was a little mucked up from our dives earlier in the day and then with it being dark gave a very nice creepy feeling to the water. I called the dive after 30min because I had a pretty good headache. Jeff did very well for only getting certified 3 weeks ago...

Vis 15ft
Water temp 48* (my comp seems to usually be about 2* colder than others, so who knows)

One of the guys diving with me in the afternoon (Ken) was wearing a wetsuit (7mm) and was fine in the water. The first surface interval was a little tough because the wind was blowing and there was a lite mist keeping him a little on the cold side. Dave came down and dove with us to fix the new platform and that crazy bas***d was in a 5mm.

Had a good time, with good people...

Yeah, well, I played disc golf in the mud (don't tell Kathy.)

Wish I would have been following this thread. I could have come out yesterday afternoon. Guess with the weather I didn't imagine anything would be going.

But, I did get the ice maker fixed, a little plumbing chore and did a few loads of laundry. My daughter is home from school to pick up the car we bought her and of course brought all her dirty laundry.

Who are you going to peep on in our neighborhood. The two old bachelors across the street?

Tom
Yeah like the muddy shoes and the disks you brought home didn't tell me anything.

WoW! Dave either has a lot of testosterone or is insane! I would never touch that water without my drysuit. Phil glad you had some good dives and got some work done!
