Besides the yearly ones of getting in better shape and eating a better diet...........
I resolve to read more - especially as bad as TV has gotten.

I resolve to read more
Great plan! I love to read. I don't make New Year's resolutions, but I did decide last year to record every book I read. I listed, on my computer, every single book I read during the year. When I finished a book, I added it to the list, along with the author's name and the month I finished it. It's interesting to look back over the year and remember what books I read.
I read 51 books, by the way. They ranged from an autobiography of Evander Holyfield to a book by an African writer full of stories about kids growing up in his home country, to diving books, a nonfiction book about a blind guy given the opportunity to have an operation to regain the sight he lost at age 3, a book about coyotes, etc. etc. etc. (I had unique access to a wide cross-section of books this year).

I'm not much of a resolution guy myself - I would like to finally get my AOW and Rescue this year. I'd like to do some more local exploring also - I heard of a quary loaded with bass that's only about 20 miles from my place that's supposed to have 15-20' viz.
