It is day 2 of the Gunida trip and we our enjoying some of the best conditions. Day 1 waves started out calm and built to 5-6 inches =) The bottom was dark and the ever present 39 degree water was chilly and clear. The first thermocline at 150 jumped to 50 degrees and around 50' went to 58. All welcome relief for all the divers. We hope to head over to the Judge Hart Thrusday or Friday.
Time to get some more fuel for the fill station operators, because I just cannot mix right without a cold drink =)

Glad you're having fun! I hope you brought something warmer than that shorty you used on the Car Ferry. :D

I was up there a few years ago in July, never go that early in the year. The vis was great but the water temp was 39 all the way up to 20ft where it went up to a balmy 42. I still had a great time. Hope the good conditions continue for you Greg.
