Glossary Suggestions

We now have a new glossary feature. When viewing posts, diving related words such as SCUBA will be underlined. If you hover your mouse over the word you will see a definition.

This feature can be turned off from your User CP->Edit Options page if you find it annoying.

Please use this thread to suggest new glossary terms/definitions.

That is a great idea - I know when I started diving and reading about diving I saw so many words and abbrereviations that I didn't know what they meant and I hated to appear dumb and ask. But most of the time I asked anyway. :)

P.S. I've turned this feature off for now. It was part of the articles system which I moved to the forums as well. However it has some problems in both systems with a term being used in the definition. I'm working on a fix for it but right now the best fix I've had doubles the time it takes to display.

I'll keep you posted.
