Had another excellent weekend of diving Table Rock Lake. Water temps are same as my last report, but vis is down just a bit. The lake is also slowly coming down--almost to the first landing on the concrete stairs at the dam.

In addition to the dam, we dived Breezy Point and the State Park Cove.

Found 1 brand new Oceanic Vortex V-12 fin, size Regular, during one of our dives. Anyone know who may have lost it?

Great to see you down TS. It has been some time and good to see that SS is taking care of you. LOL

Sorry that I missed being able to dive with you all. Just think when you all get back from teh big cold water to get with me and then we can try to have some fun diving.

Bottom of the lake is a good start for split fins...IMO of course. Well, except for the fact I dont like seeing trash in the lakes.

Hey . . . be nice . . . Scuba Sally & I were both wearing our split fins at the time! I love them for single tank warm water diving. She has the Oceanics and I have the Scubapro Twinjets.

I'm convinced it belongs to a new OW student, and I hoped the instructor might be one of our participants.

It is shiny and unscratched and the heel strap is loosened all the way open the way brand new divers do before they notice that straps stretch and can be pulled on over your foot.

At least it is a brand my shop carries, so if noone claims it I can pass it on to the next one of our new divers who goes in the water with fins unfastened and loses one.

I let Monte at Scuba Sports know about the fin. I thought since they are an Oceanic dealer, maybe one of their customers may have mentioned losing one.

Thanks. I think anyone would have the sense to ask there or at Table Rock Marina if they were serious about getting it back. Now we have both covered.

What is the strangest or best thing anyone has ever found diving, Valuable or not?

My Shop had some ow students at the lake last weekend. I asked around but no one has said anything yet. I am not sure our group was in the same area. We take houseboats out from Kimberling City.

Not yours, then. This was found at the Dewey Short Dam.

I am starting to think I will be down there. Haven't worked out many details yet.
