Tony and I are trying to get enough people together Monday for a charter with Capt. Dale and the Enterprise. We need at least 4 people. If any one is interested let us know.

I wish I could. I love going out on the Enterprise, however, I am working a class this weekend at Mermet. Make sure to bring 1 spare fin for Tony. :D

Is there something I should know about Tony that I need to bring a spare fin for him?

Throw one of his fins over the side in 120' and watch the fun.

I dropped it on purpose so that I could get an extra dive in that day. ;)

Thats why I like to hang out with divers smarter than me. That is a great idea.

Bill, why didnt you think of that?

I still want to know, how did your fin just fall off when you were climbing the ladder tony and how in the world did you find it that fast in 130ft of water that day?

My fin fell off when a 20' rouge wave crashed down on me as I was getting ready to board the boat. As far as finding it quickly, I used a trick that I learned from one of Ken's friends in the Russian Navy. :D

The details are a bit foggy, but I think the fin slipped out of my hands while I was taking it off to board the ladder. I can't remember if it was Dale or Dave, but one of them realized it and quickly threw out a shot line to mark the spot. Bob lent me his fins and I just followed the line down- I found a snorkel at the bottom and my fin was just few yards away. :D

A snorkel! Now there's a find worth making a bounce dive for!

Too bad you didn't find a banana hammock as well.

Oh well, I guess I'll give everyone a little more time to be able go on a charter next time. Thanks for the funny stories about Tony and his fins.

Once things settle down with me, I would love to go out on the Big E again.

I'm not sure how soon your things will need to take to settle down so I'll talk to Tony and Julie about getting a big weekend gathering/Lake Michigan diving next year sometime. Diving Saturday with dining out that night and more diving Sunday.
