I/ we dive as much as we can...for me its every other weekend due to my work schedule...In January I'm off 12, 13 and 26, 27...
I often head up to the Lounge on Friday and its a 30-35 minute drive to the marina on Saturday morning...
Consider yourself invited, the VuDuLounge is diver friendly, in fact the decor is nautical/ diver...FrauVuDu said from the beginning that I had to leave my Army "I Love Me Wall" at home...
Be happy to have anyone come down, lodging is free at the VuDuLounge...
Cheers,
Lou

Thanks. I'll note the dates. My schedule is not as predicable as that, so I'll be getting back to you.

Here's a site that has a map of Greer's Ferry Lake w/ descriptions of the noted sites...(Adobe/ Lower Right of Site) Darrel the guy who made it, is somewhat of a legend up there, dives year round in an old two pc 5mil...he's an old crusty retired Marine who I've met only once out there...he turned us on to some sites we didn't know about and we did the same for him (he's currently doing the same at Lake Oachitah)...when the student season is over we're looking for other sites...boats are no problem...there are refills (air) at the marina, gas (Nitrox) has to be brought in from Little Rock (but we're working on that)...my cabin is about 45 minutes from the marina on the other side of the lake...the little group I'm with dives just about every weekend, like I said I'm up there every other and when I'm off, during the week if something 'interesting' is going on...we like diving and have grill & cookers...I've ordered COE maps from 1944 of the area to get a better idea of where some structures are...we frequent a cove we call either's Phil's Barn or the Pump House, the pumping station built in 1918 and is intact (except for a perfect silohette of a diver on the roof) it varies from 120 -134' depending on lake levels...anywho, we like to dive...
Cheers,
Lou
