Slim, when we was at Cannonball, you and Lamar was talking about a 10/100 dive algorithm. I have been looking for a few days now for info on this, but I am not able to come up with anything. Can you please expand on what this is? (Or anyone else, that knows)

I think they were referring to gradient factors (AKA surfacing pressures). If my memory serves me correctly, they were developed by Buhlmann and essentially are parameters that control the ascent based on the N2/He pressure of various compartments/tissues.

By adjusting the gradient factors, individual divers can set their level of conservatism. I think 10/100 would be considered more aggressive than 30/85, for example.

Yes it is the Graident Factor. If you look in several deco programs you will see the ability to adjust them. They will change the outcome of a deco profile but reemmber water temp and work load is what is used to factor into them.
