I took this class last night - it was a renewal. It has to be one of the best non-diving or diving courses I have taken. I would recommend all divers to take this course. It is very student friendly and easy to apply.

You should look into the DEMP course. It's a nice package as it gives you 4 courses (I teach it as O2, AO2, HMLI, and AED). By combining the 4 you get rid of a lot of the overlap.

Great idea. I will check with Don (my Instr) and see if he offers the others. When I do a Medic First Aid class I am going to recommend to my students to the DAN O2

I took Medic First Aid and Stress and Rescue recently, and I'm seriously wanting to take the oxygen provider class. I won't feel "complete" until I've taken it!

By the way, I also took Search & Recovery along with Stress and Rescue, and taking them together was great - we incorporated the search patterns from the one class with the rescue portions of the other class. That way we avoided a lot of overlap in those two classes.
