As I have mentioned in my trip report, Peter Hughes was on the boat with us in Belize a few weeks ago. The guy is almost 60 years old, and was free diving down to 100 foot. I was very impressed by that.

I'm impressed.

I tried to hit the bottom of the river that I dove in a few weeks ago with a snorkel in my mouth and couldn't fight off the urge to breath. I had to gear up just to find a 14' bottom!

Funny what happens to us when we get used to breathing where you shouldn't be able to.
