I talked to Ed, who runs Ozark Dive Company down there in Poplar Bluff, and he said the lake level is near flood stage, and he doesnt believe conditions are going to be good enough to dive right now. Just giving you guys a heads up.

Steve, I will not be able to make it to Cannonball this weekend. Hopefully some other weekend will work out better for me. Have fun and let me know how it goes.

CB, Monday 18 June. Lake is high and 80* with vis less than 6". Cave has 20'-25' vis with the better vis in the back of the cave. Light flow in the entrance and almost none in the cave, 58*.

The steps are the best thing since sliced bread, and the resting bench is for sissys (I used it anyway). If the hill gets any easier, it won't be no fun.

Glad to here that you had a good day of diving. How are the steps holding up?

Thur 12 July, Cannonball is improving with 30-35' vis throughout and light flow at the entrance, 58*. The lake is 84* with a couple inches vis.

The rock has washed in a few spots. Other than that, the steps are holding up well.
