Charter Boat out of Long Beach Area?

Anyone have a recommendation or experience with any dive op/dive shops in the Long Beach, CA area?

I'm going to be there over Easter for a few days & would like to get on a boat to dive the Catalina Islands or in that area. I have 2 sons that live in the Palm Springs area so any dive shop between there & the coast that you can recomend would be appreciated. I'm diving dry but will have to rent tanks & weights. One son will have to rent basic gear & the other one needs a 7 mil.

Looks like most of the boats leave around 7am & return around 6pm, some allow you to board the night before.

Would like to dive Fri Apr 6th but the boats I've looked @ only have Sat & Sun trips this time of year.

Oops. Had a recommendation for you 'til I saw that you can't do a weekend dive. If your weekend opens up send me a PM and I'll hook you up with some good guys and a great boat operation.

Got booked on the Bottom Scratcher out of Long Beach. Sounds like a pretty reasonable price, $100 for tanks, weights, air fills, 3 buffet meals & bunk.
