Hi & welcome to our little part of the world of diving. I may be getting ahold of you to find out about diving in your area. Hubby is really wanting to dive the Great Lakes.

Me too!
It really bugs me that I have done triathalons in Lake Michigan but have never dove there!

It's supposed to hit 50 this weekend. That's like a heat wave up here this time of year.
I havne't made it to any of the Great Lakes yet. I am just certified in June and am suffering from 'no buddy syndrome'. With any luck my wife and soon to be 12 year old daughter will get certified this spring. Then that shouldn't be a problem....I'll have to be nice to her.
I am planning on taking the advanced course. My instructor takes the class to a wreck in Lake Superior.

It's nice that your wife and daughter might get certified together. Good luck to them. My wife, son, and daughter all got certified together a couple years after I did. We've had a lot of fun diving as a family, but the costs of trips gets pretty rough when you multiply everything by four. see ya. steve

Get ready to swallow your pride a little bit. In all likelyhood that 12 year old will probably be surfacing with at least twice as much air left in her tank :D.
