The air is warm,
The water is clear,
Really too bad,
Y'all aren't here.
Edit: Ok, enough with the poetry already.
Our group of three arrived yesterday and got settled in at Rennakers.
We dived in head first today making a long dive up the Pothole tunnel jumping to the Cisteen line and taking it all the way to Cisteen Sink.
Dive two: Made the Grande Traverse. Though we had done it once before, this way our first time without an instructor tagging along. Also, made it on LP 85's this time.
Conditions in Peacock are very good; Vis 40-60 with light flow. Water levels are low.
Rumor is all area caves in great shape.

But a few of us will be there very soon. And to think about some of the great cooking that our host will be doing for us will be outstanding and workth the wait.

Thanks for the update.
Thankfully, I am one of the local few who will be enjoying our hosts' great cooking for Xmas dinner and New Years' Eve dinner. We have quite a nice "second family" in Luraville.

Yesterday, we bit the bullet, paid the admission, and dived over at Ginnie Springs. Made two dives in the Devil's Cave system. Beautiful cave. Flow more than stiff, vis: better than good, 'bout like a night dive in Coz complete with a free ride out.

Conditions sound excellent. Gettin' me excited (as if I weren't already) about my trip down next weekend.
If you do Telford or Little River let us know how the flow is there, too.

Did LR this morning; conditions best I have seen with light flow (for LR) allowing penetration several hundred feet past Florida Room costing us 15 min deco on O2. Vis 20-40 with the best vis in the front of the cave. Headed for Telford right now.
Edit: Telford in good shape. Low flow, vis 20-30, river low.

Leaving Sat after one morning dive.
Dives in Peacock today with dive one going to the end of the Peanut line. We found vis of 50-60' in the far areas while several classes had the first few hundred feet a little cloudy.
Dive 2 was an intro level dive with a bud who passed his intro class this morning. Used both tunnels at Peacock I to limit penetration.

Today, we got in two short dives at LR and one at Orange Grove. One dive in the morning and we're headed home. Excellent conditions anywhere you choose to dive
