I felt like I was back here in the Midwest. Temp was cold, and it rained the first two days there. At first, its easy to say big deal, your diving anyway, so who cares about a little rain. You are right. It wouldnt be a bad deal, but the OW class had 3 students and 2 instructors, so they had me working shore support. When I was told I would be working shore supoort, I wasnt very happy at all. I drive all the way down to Florida, and then I dont even get to dive? But about half way through the day, I realized I was getting a lot better perspective on what it takes to run a smooth class, and I made the best of the situation. I did some fun dives on Friday and Sunday anyway. I think I logged 7 dives, so that wasnt too bad. Now I just have to wait and see if I get sick or not. Did I mention it was cold?
