This past weekend, theskull introduced me to Diet Liptons Green Tea w/ Citrus. I have been hooked on this stuff since. I picked some up on my way home from RBD, I picked some more up at the store yesterday and I am out again. Does Lipton have a rehab?

I was in Seattle and was drinking Peppermint Mochas like it was going out of style. I wouldn't say I'm hooked because I can quit anytime I want to, I just can't sleep.
So Bill is pushing green tea? I supposed he is trying to get you to convert to the not-so-dark side? Next thing you know, you'll be diving a standard reg and those bright yellow fins. :D

I picked up the green tea habit working in Japan, took me years to quit. Now you've got me thinking about it.

Antioxidants rule! Polyphenols are pretty cool, too.

How long were you in Japan? And where in Japan were you?
If I may ask?
I usually drink one of 3 things - water, coffee (black), or beer (assorted colors and flavors)
In fact we made 2 batches of beer this weekend. A red ale and a robust porter. They should be ready for New Year's!!!!

Sure you may ask! You probably think I was with the military, but I wasn't.
I was there three times back in the seventies doing month-long concert tours (I'm a musician). I was everywhere from Tokyo to Podunk, but most of what I saw was from the window of a train.

Where around here do you get your brewing supplies. I used to brew back a few years ago. After my back injury it was hard to move the carboys around when they were full. I would not mind starting up again......

We go to The Home Brew Shop on Rt 64 in St Charles. There seems to be more wine making stuff then beer making anymore, but the people there are nice and its convenient for us.
We haven't brewed in a couple of years. In fact we packed the stuff in the attic while we thought we might finish our basement. Anyway, the beer stuff came down with the Christmas stuff and we are back at it. Woo-Hoo!
