Forums Upgraded (Again) [Archive]

Well it seems that the makers of vBulletin have found a critical security hole for the 3rd time in as many weeks so we have now upgraded to 3.06. The good news is that after the last one, I basicly automated the process of applying all the feature patches after the upgrade so it went quickly.

Again, please let me know if you see anything strange (I don't count).
