Sorry about that QC. You cannot add links unless you have made at least one post. That is to help prevent people from spamming the links section with useless stuff. However, I also noticed a problem with the permissions where people with 1-29 posts couldn't use it at all! I love vBulletin but it's permission system is horrible...

Check and see if you can add them now.
