This report is about like the last one; no new info here.
I left the house in a pouring rain; I came home in a pouring rain; I don't think it ever quit. After better than 2" of rain at the dive site, I was expecting zero vis near the entrance of the mine; it turned out to be 10'. We ran a reel in, but didn't really need it. Plenty of daylight from the main line.
Dennis and I dragged Jeff (from Mermet) with us. This was Jeff's first time to dive the mine.
Dive 1: Again, in the old section. 63 min, vis 10-25, temp 49*. Seems like the vis is always just a little better on this side. Jeff liked it.
SI: Rain and more rain
Dive 2: Again, down the Hall Road by way of the Bat Cave. Jeff thought all the bats were pretty cool. 84 min, vis 10-20, temp same. Vis was still good enough to poke around some areas we hadn't seen before.
Loading Up: Rain!!!, but who cares. We were wet anyway and had some good dives. We'll probably do it again in a couple of weeks, anyone wanna go??
