Does anyone here belong to an IANTD shop? I am trying to buy a copy of the IANTD Encyclopedia of Tech diving. I looked online, but didnt have much luck there.

Texiconsin is certified IANTD - I think his brother-in-law is an instructor. I'll see what I can find out for you.

It is out of print right now while being revised. Good chance SLIM has one in stock, though.

Excellent resource. Can't have my copy!

Got 2 instock. Do not know for sure when they will get the new revised one done. Will be ordering several of thoses when they are avilable.

decisions decisions decisions...do I wait for the new version, not knowing when it will be available, or go ahead and get while the gettins good.

How much has microbubbles and isobaric counterdiffusion changed in the last few years?

The current one was written by Tom Mount and is excellent. Since Tom is no longer synonymous with IANTD the revise should be much different, and probably a little "nicer" -- with a removal of references to personal responsibility and possibility of death for those who ignore the principles -- I don't know this to be true, but would be willing to make a small bet.

So my vote would be to buy the old version while you can still get a copy.

Bob, I'd say get the old one and when the new comes out, get it as well and then compare.

That being said, Slim, please reserve one of your older copies for me. Send me a PM with details and I will pay you for it. One left Bob :).
