Playa Del Carmen

Just got back from a vacation in Playa Del Carmen. I have to hand it to the locals, they got just about everything put back in shape after Wilma. I did not go to Coz, so I can't update on that.

The cenote diving was awesome. If anybody gets a chance to do a cenote dive, do not miss it.

We stayed at the Iberostar Lindo and dove with the resort's dive operator, Dressel Divers. I had thought about using somebody in Playa (a little cheaper option) but was too lazy to make the trip into town to dive. Dressel has good DMs but it can be a cattle boat sometimes. On one dive we had two groups on the same boat. 8 for one DM and 9 for the other. Other than the boat being cramped, nice dives. Cenote dive was 4 divers per DM.
