I am ready to purchase my regs and was wondering if there are any differences between the Aqualung Titan LX and the Titan LX Supreme. I realize the supreme is the coldwater reg (hence the sealed chamber, heat exchanger and lip shield) but I was wondering if they are equal performance wise or anything else that might be notable. I have the Aqualung catalog and it states they are the same regs. If they are the same, and you can purchase the supreme for only $20.00 more, why would anyone purchase the Titan LX over the supreme?

They are the same reg, and one of the best buys around. The Titan LX is a very good performer, very durable, and easy to service when it finally needs service.
The sealed chamber is the only difference between the two. I own 2 of the LX. Didn't spend the extra $40 (x 2 regs) for Supreme because I didn't need the sealed chamber. I only use them as stage regulators. My primary regs are both sealed chambers: AquaLung Legend and Apex TX50.
