How come it says I can not vote on the polls?

Ok I think I got that fixed. Let me know if you still have problems. I also found a couple of other things while I was testing that, which I fixed:

No permssions to home page for registered users.
Broken link to "No Avatar" images.

Let me know if you see anything else that's not right.
